A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit a site. It can recognise your browser, secure a form or keep a session open.
At present aees-edu.eu does not install any third-party advertising tool and does not set audience-measurement cookies. Only technical cookies necessary for the site to work are used. Details of processing appear in the privacy policy.
1. Cookies used today
The institutional Site uses essential session cookies: keeping a form token, securing a preview session where applicable, and allowing navigation to work. They expire when you close the browser or after a short period.
These cookies are not used for advertising or to build a commercial profile. They cannot be turned off without making some forms unusable.
2. Checkout and payment
When you open an account or order a certification in the dedicated space, additional session cookies are required (sign-in, basket, protection against tampering). At checkout, Stripe or PayPal may set their own cookies, solely to carry out the transaction you requested.
AEES does not store card numbers. Those providers’ practices are described in their own policies.
3. If an audience tool is added
If an audience-measurement or preference tool were installed, a consent banner would be put in place before any non-essential cookie is set. This page would then be updated to describe each category and allow you to record a choice.
4. Browser settings
You can limit or delete cookies in your browser settings. Turning them off too broadly may prevent a form from being sent or an account from signing in. Help for the main browsers:
