AEES is committed to making its site usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the current state of the Site, known limits and how to report a difficulty.
1. Commitment
The Site aims at the essential criteria of the RGAA (the French accessibility framework): heading structure, contrast, keyboard navigation, alternative text for informative images, labelled forms and a declared page language.
This commitment applies to the institutional site aees-edu.eu and, progressively, to the account and certification spaces. It does not claim full accessibility until a formal audit has been carried out.
2. Compliance status
The Site is not compliant with the RGAA: no external audit has yet been carried out and non-conformities remain. AEES is working towards progressive compliance.
3. Findings
In the absence of a formal audit, no numerical compliance rate is published. Internal checks cover in particular the home, identity, catalogue, contact and legal pages.
4. Inaccessible content
The following may in particular cause difficulty:
- some PDF documents or certificate visuals whose structure is not always fully tagged;
- decorative or background photographs whose alternative text remains generic;
- interactive components (search, assistant, account spaces) that may still need keyboard and screen-reader checks;
- third-party content (payment providers, the European register) whose accessibility is outside AEES’s control.
5. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 26 September 2026, on the basis of an internal review of the public pages. It will be updated after a formal audit or after a material correction.
6. Feedback
If you encounter a barrier, describe the page, the equipment used and the difficulty. AEES will endeavour to provide equivalent help (content in another format, assistance to complete a step).
