AEES currently publishes no funded or agreed mobility programme. This page sets out the information that must be available before student, teaching or expert mobility can be announced.
Minimum conditions
- identified sending and host institutions and a signed agreement;
- defined eligible participants, selection process and expected outcomes;
- timetable, supervision, insurance, visa and safety considered as applicable;
- communicated costs, funding, support and cancellation terms;
- arrangements for recognising completed work described without implied equivalence.
Publication
Any future offer must name the partners, state whether mobility is physical or remote, indicate available places and distinguish funded items from participant costs. Without this information, no application or payment should be solicited in AEES’s name.
