A professional MBA, with no ambiguity of status.
The Master of Business Administration is AEES’s advanced management award. It is intended for professionals already in positions of responsibility, or for graduates whose experience is sufficient to handle leadership files.
The MBA title denotes a management programme designed by AEES, with a professional purpose. It implies no French ministerial authorisation, state visa or master’s grade. The programme is taught by an institution approved for this award; the board includes a member who does not belong to the teaching institution.
The MBA is distinct from the Master of Science, which is more clearly disciplinary, and from the DBA, which rests on long-form applied research.

The AEES MBA is not a catalogue of generic courses. It aims at the conduct of cross-cutting files in a real organisation.
Financial choices
Decide an investment, a financing or a prioritisation at SME or departmental scale.
Stakeholders
Negotiate with multiple internal and external counterparts, and document commitments.
Compliance and ethics
Build compliance, integrity and responsibility into the decision, rather than treating them afterwards.

Entry combines a higher-education award and three years’ experience, or eight years’ experience including two in a position of responsibility. The file, references and interview check that the candidate can handle a real strategic project.
Assessment is split between modules (50%), a strategic business project (35%) and a viva before an AEES board (15%). One board member does not belong to the teaching institution.
