The cooperation section describes how AEES may review a proposal from an institution. It is not a list of agreements, funded projects or members. Only the directory and published agreements can evidence a specific relationship.
Eligible purpose
A proposal must identify a specific academic need, intended participants, each institution’s contribution, available resources and the expected result. It may concern programme design, a limited teaching exchange, an academic activity or institutional capacity development.
From proposal to agreement
Before any announcement, AEES verifies the partner’s identity and authority, the project’s compatibility with applicable authorisations, budget, responsibilities, data processed and exit arrangements. Cooperation exists publicly only after approval and signature by authorised persons.
