Status of awards
AEES qualifications are private institutional awards. They are not French national degrees (licence, master, doctorat), unless a verifiable statement appears on the relevant specification.
The AEES framework is used solely to order the Academy’s qualifications according to learning complexity, expected autonomy and the type of work assessed. Numbers 4 to 8 are internal reference points and do not automatically carry the meaning of a national level or the European Qualifications Framework. The official titles — AEES Executive Certificate, Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Master of Business Administration and Doctorate of Business Administration — are first read as private award families, then as programmes detailed in the catalogue.

Reading the levels
- Levels 4 and 5: command of defined methods, handling of common situations and responsibility within a supervised scope.
- Level 6: analysis and use of specialised knowledge to conduct defined activities or projects.
- Level 7: integration of advanced knowledge, decision-making in complex situations and production of substantial work.
- Level 8: design and conduct of original applied research meeting the requirements of the private professional programme.
Internal credits
Volumes in the table are indicative and expressed in internal AEES credits. They structure the expected workload in the catalogue; they are not ECTS and guarantee no transfer, exemption or admission at another institution.
