The AEES 2026.1 quality framework is the working document of the approval, examinations and appeals committees. It distinguishes private institutional approval and programme approval.
It is not accreditation in the sense used by agencies recognised in the European Higher Education Area. The text says so on the first page. Applicant institutions are assessed on governance, teaching resources, assessment integrity, student protection and use of the AEES mark.
Decisions concerning GROUPE UNIVGA are prepared without the participation of the AEES president.
